The OpenGL version I currently have is at least equivalent to 1.2 The "renderer" for my card is "Blade XP/AGP" and I have version 1.2.1 To make sure I would need some help here. However, I'm not completely sure about it. Not that there is anything wrong with the hardware but that it does not support some stuff. As far as my investigation goes it does appear to be a hardware problem.
